About Me

Welcome! My name is Karen and I am a B.Ed. certified coach with experience in CrossFit, Personal Training, and Nutrition. Since 2015, I've been fortunate to be able to guide people to become the best version of themselves. I have experience in gymnastics, dance, volleyball, and beach volleyball, and have multiple certifications including CF-L2, PN1, NCI2, HMCC, ISSA-CPT, and CP3.
